Our Vision
Developing experienced leaders for a better future with the belief that leadership is a process utilizing the four values; Experiential, Accessible, Justice Oriented and Interdependence.
Our mission
LEAD360 provides all Northeastern students with the vital skills needed to practice circular and identity-based leadership in order to become more socially responsible and well-rounded leaders on campus and their communities.

Why should you participate in a LEAD360 program?
Build Connections
With facilitators from offices around campus and programs offered to undergraduate and graduate students across all colleges, LEAD360 participants have a unique opportunity to build special connections with students and staff from various areas of campus.
Get Involved
Our programming is designed to encourage students to find ways to practice and continue growing their leadership skills. New students are invited to participate in BLUEPRINT during their first year on campus. Afterwards, program graduates are able to participate in BLUEPRINT II, Voices for Social Change, or apply to become student facilitators. Graduates students have a similar opportunity to become a student facilitator or participate in Voices for Social Change.
Improve Your Leadership Skills

Enhance Your Abilities
In addition to practicing personal leadership skills, we will discover new ways to work as a team. Team building is essential to any leadership program, and through LEAD360, students will form connections with their peers, practice navigating conflict, and develop stronger communication skills.

LEAD360 helps you understand your personal leadership goals and tailor your experience to continue supporting your development. All of our programming is built for you to take these leadership lessons to the next level as you embark on co-ops, professional careers, and student leadership opportunities.
