What time does Keepin’ it Cool end?
The event starts at noon and runs while supplies last! Check out our Instagram @NUStudentInvolvement for live updates!
How many ice cream flavors are offered?
We offer a total of 5 flavors each week that rotate and include non-dairy options!
How do I know what flavors will be offered?
All flavors will be posted on our Instagram at the beginning of the event. We will also have a physical menu posted near the ice cream but recommend you look at the Instagram flavor menu in advance to help the line move faster!
How many flavors can I take?
There is a limit of one ice cream cup/flavor per individual.
My friend/colleague can’t come down. Can I grab an ice cream for them?
Participants should attend the event in-person to pick up their ice cream in order to keep the event fair for everyone who waits in line.
I forgot my Husky card. What do I do?
While having the Husky Card readily available is the fastest way to check-in, you can provide your Husky ID number to check in in the event you forgot your Husky Card!
Will there be giveaways?
Yes! CSI offers a variety of Summester giveaway items. It is a limit of one per student per event while supplies last.
What is a loyalty card?
A loyalty card is a stamp card given out to participants at Keepin’ It Cool. If you are one of the first 150 people to visit 5 times (does not have to be consecutive), you can win a tote bag!
I forgot my loyalty card. Can I get another one?
Yes, just bring back your other loyalty cards and we can combine them!
Is there anything else to do besides get an ice cream?
Each week we have a variety of campus resources tables to check out and a fun featured activity!
