About
Mike McFadden
Assistant Director of Leadership Development and Collaborative Initiatives
Mike (he/him) joined the Center for Student Involvement in November 2021, after serving as an Academic Advisor with the Northeastern University Graduate School of Engineering since February 2020. In his role, Mike oversees the LEAD360 portfolio of student leadership programs. Mike works closely with campus partners in Boston and across the global network to develop and execute engaging student leadership experiences for all Northeastern students.
Prior to coming to Northeastern, Mike worked for 3.5 years at the University of Central Florida in the LEAD Scholars Academy, overseeing service-learning student leadership development programs focused on civic engagement, global leadership, and LGBTQ+ activism.
Mike holds a Master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Linguistics from Ohio University.
