Welcome to the NU Engage

Engage is getting an upgrade! The NU Engage will be powered by Campus Groups and aims to simplify and streamline processes for all student organizations. The transition to the NU Engage will occur through a phased process, with resources being distributed to student leaders throughout each phase. The tentative timelines for this transition will be:
- Registration – Aimed to go live on May 1st
- Event Submission and Forms – Aimed to go live on June 1s
- If you have done so already, please ensure the proper person has access to the updated platform, please have one member of your organization fill out this form.
Weekly Meeting Requests
- The CSC Scheduling Office is now accepting weekly meeting requests for the Fall 2025 semester through this Weekly Meeting Request form. Fall 2025 Weekly Meeting Requests are due no later than 5PM on Wednesday, May 28th. Given that the new Engage platform will launch in early June, it is incredibly important to submit your requests by the May 28 deadline while the existing Engage platform and the weekly meeting form link is accessible. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Important Deadlines and Updates
- Financial Processes – The university is in the process of transitioning the financial management system for the entire institution, which will cause large changes to the financial processes managed by SABO. The initial transition is scheduled to go live on July 1st. More specifics will be sent out as resources are developed to ensure you are all aware of the new processes. All financial processes will remain the same until told otherwise.
- Scheduling Processes –The university is in the process of transitioning scheduling systems to better align across the global network. Within the next few weeks, more information will be sent out with the new processes on how to directly access and book spaces for your Fall 2025-Spring 2026 events. This will align processes with the release of post-Call for Programs requests in major event venues and outdoor spaces.
- Contracting Deadlines – The deadline to submit a pre-contract for this fiscal year is May 1st. We will be unable to process any agreements that are submitted after May 1, and they will have to wait until after the start of the new fiscal year (July). As a reminder, the SABO deadline for all fiscal year spending is June 2nd.
- Fall Fest Application – Similar to last year, Fall Fest applications will be included in the registration process. Additional information will be shared about this process on 5/1.
- Storage – Storage applications for the Fall will be available on the updated Engage platform around 6/1.
