Interested in Joining Team LEAD360?
Within LEAD360, you can serve as a Student Facilitator for BLUEPRINT, CLAP, Voices for Social Change, and GLI or become a Leadership Consultant and have a hands-on role in the community!
Become a Student Facilitator!
As a Student Facilitator, you and a faculty/staff facilitator would be responsible for guiding cohorts of students on their journey of understanding connections between leadership, civic engagement, diversity, and social justice over the course of the programs. Along with your co-facilitators you would be responsible for leading weekly sessions, activities and discussions for the assigned program and cohort.
We expect Student Facilitators to utilize their role as peer leaders to develop a safe space for participants to learn and discuss challenging topics, while also helping participants feel that they have a community on campus, where they truly belong.
Become a Staff Facilitator!
As a faculty or staff facilitator, you’ll build meaningful relationships with exceptional student leaders in a close-knit cohort, while honing your facilitation, mentoring, and presentation skills. Faculty and staff co-facilitate our BLUEPRINT, Voices for Social Change, and GLI programs that run for 6-8 weeks each semester. This facilitation opportunity is a great way to interact with students in a new setting to help them explore their own leadership capabilities.
